Once you have 3/3 in a competency, you can apply. You choose which competencies to get verified in — you do not need to apply for all at once.

A brief conversation.

We invite you to a 15–20 min video call. We talk about your experience, workflow, and what you are strongest at. Approved? You get your Verified badge on the applied competency.

When you see Efektive Verified on a freelancer's profile, it means they have delivered proven top quality on the platform. Not just on paper. You can confidently choose them without having to assess quality yourself.

No. Verified is per competency. You only apply for competencies where you have 3+ recommendations, and you do not need to apply for all at once.

Yes, if quality drops significantly. We continuously monitor recommendations and signals. If you receive repeated low reviews in a verified competency, the badge may be removed.

You receive written feedback on why, and what is needed for approval. You can apply again after 30 days.

Lynmatch is our direct matching service. We find clients for you within 24 hours — no applications needed. Access is activated automatically when you receive your first Verified badge.
