Looking for a Reporter to setup MitID Erhverv and Digital Post

DANISH MITID ERHVERV SETUP ASSISTANCE FOR DANISH COMPANY WITH FOREIGN DIRECTOR

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

I am seeking an experienced person in Denmark to help connect an existing Danish ApS to MitID Erhverv.

The company has a foreign sole director who does not have a Danish CPR number. The director already has a valid CPR-free private MitID created using a government P-code and passport-chip verification.

The selected freelancer must have:

• A Danish CPR number
• An active private MitID
• Experience with MitID Erhverv, Virk, or Danish business administration
• Willingness to act temporarily as both:
• Anmelder (reporter)
• Initial organisationsadministrator (organisation administrator)

This is a short administrative assignment. It provides no ownership, directorship, banking authority, or general signing authority.

REQUIRED WORK

The freelancer will:

1. Initiate the company's MitID Erhverv connection process using their own private MitID.
2. Register the foreign director as the company's management representative.
3. Register themselves as the reporter and initial organisation administrator.
4. Confirm the precise supporting documents required by the portal.
5. Generate and send the MitID Erhverv connection agreement to the director.
6. Upload the complete agreement after the director has printed and signed it by hand.
7. Upload the required identity and management-affiliation documents.
8. Submit the application and retain the confirmation or case number.
9. Monitor the application and respond promptly to reasonable follow-up requests.
10. After approval, complete the company's initial MitID Erhverv setup.
11. Create the director as a named foreign user without a CPR number.
12. Send the activation email and provide the temporary activation code securely.
13. Assist the director with activating his business identity.
14. Assign the director the maximum available administrator roles, including organisation administrator, user administrator, and rights administrator where permitted.
15. Assist with establishing Digital Post access.
16. Test that the director can access the company through MitID Erhverv and Virk.
17. Remove or reduce the freelancer's access after the director's administrator access is confirmed.

TIMING

The freelancer should be available to begin within one business day of engagement and complete all actions under their control promptly.

The assignment may remain open while MitID Erhverv conducts its review. Please distinguish between:

• Time required to complete the freelancer's actions
• Processing time controlled by MitID Erhverv

DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE

The director can provide:

• Valid passport
• Official Danish company information
• Evidence showing his registration as sole director and authorised signatory
• Address evidence matching the information registered in CVR
• Any additional document reasonably required by MitID Erhverv
• The manually signed connection agreement once generated

Company-identifying documents will be provided privately after engagement.

COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

The assignment is complete when:

• The company is connected to MitID Erhverv
• The director has activated a named foreign-user account
• The director can log in on behalf of the company
• The permitted administrator roles have been assigned
• Digital Post access has been configured or clearly documented
• The director has successfully tested access
• Unnecessary freelancer access has been removed or reduced

3. Confirmation that you are willing to serve temporarily as initial organisation administrator.

6. Whether you can remain available through the authority's review and final activation.

SUGGESTED BUDGET

DKK 900 fixed price, payable in milestones. The budget covers the freelancer's work through submission, authority follow-up, initial organisation setup, foreign-user activation, rights assignment, and final access testing. Waiting time caused solely by MitID Erhverv processing is not billable.
